Our Intraceuticals Oxygen Glow Facial comes in 8 variants —. Here's how to choose, by skin concern, by occasion, by budget.
Pick by Concern See the ComparisonIf this is your first Intraceuticals session and you don't have a specific concern in mind, start with Rejuvenate. It's the base hydration infusion — the gentlest variant and the one most clients fall in love with on first try. You can layer targeted serums in future sessions once you know how your skin responds.
First-time, no specific concern? → Rejuvenate
Aging / sagging / firmness? → Rejuve + Collagen
Dull / lackluster / want a brighter tone? → Rejuve + Vitamin C3
Sun damage / environmental stress? → Rejuvenate + Antiox
Fine lines / texture / anti-aging maintenance? → Rejuvenate + Vitamin A
Acne-prone / oily / congested? → Clarity
Hyperpigmentation / melasma / uneven tone? → Opulence Brightening
Major event in the next week and you want maximum impact? → GlowTox
The flagship infusion. Hyaluronic acid + vitamins delivered into the upper layers of skin via pressurized oxygen. Pure hydration and plumpness, no targeted active.
Best for: First-time Intraceuticals clients, sensitive skin, monthly maintenance, anyone who wants pure glow without addressing a specific concern. Pregnancy-safe.
Rejuvenate base + a layered collagen-supporting serum. Targets firmness, elasticity, and the visible effects of natural collagen loss.
Best for: Clients in their 40s and beyond, anyone noticing skin laxity, post-weight-loss clients, mature skin maintenance.
Rejuvenate base + a layered Vitamin C3 serum. C3 is a stabilized form of vitamin C that brightens, evens tone, and protects against free radical damage.
Best for: Dull or fatigued skin, after travel, post-illness recovery, anyone wanting an immediate brightening boost. Excellent before photos.
Rejuvenate base + a concentrated antioxidant serum. Targets environmental damage from UV, pollution, and oxidative stress.
Best for: Summer months in Tennessee sun, runners and cyclists who train outdoors, urban commuters, post-vacation recovery, anyone with cumulative sun damage.
Rejuvenate base + a retinol-adjacent Vitamin A serum. Vitamin A is the gold-standard anti-aging active — targets fine lines, texture, and uneven tone.
Best for: Anti-aging maintenance, clients who can't tolerate at-home retinol, mature skin. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
A targeted infusion designed for blemish-prone, oily, or congested skin. Contains salicylic acid and tea tree alongside the hydration base.
Best for: Active breakouts (mild), oily skin, congested pores, post-acne maintenance. Pairs well with our Acne Facial protocol for clients dealing with persistent breakouts.
A specialized brightening infusion targeting hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun spots, and uneven tone. Contains brightening botanicals plus licorice root extract.
Best for: Hyperpigmentation, melasma, post-acne dark spots, uneven tone. Most effective as a monthly series rather than one-off booking.
Our premium variant. Contains peptides that temporarily relax muscle activity at the skin surface — producing a visible smoothing of expression lines (forehead, crow's feet, around the mouth) that lasts several days to a couple of weeks.
Best for: Pre-event prep (weddings, photoshoots, milestone birthdays), clients curious about Botox-like effects without injectables, dramatic same-day visible smoothing for a major occasion. Book 2–5 days before the event for peak effect.
Note: GlowTox is not a replacement for actual Botox if you want months of smoothing. It's the closest non-injectable equivalent for short-term, event-driven impact.
Choose: Rejuvenate. Gentlest, most flattering, lowest commitment. Your esthetician will recommend a more targeted variant for next time based on what she sees.
Pre-wedding series: Book a Rejuvenate or Rejuve + Vitamin C3 every 2–3 weeks in the lead-up. The week of the wedding: GlowTox, 2–5 days before. The combination of hydration buildup plus the GlowTox event-day finish is unbeatable.
Choose: Rejuve + Vitamin C3 for brightness, or GlowTox if you want maximum impact and the budget supports it.
Choose: Clarity. Consider also booking the full Acne Facial protocol — it's a more comprehensive multi-step treatment for ongoing breakouts.
Choose: Opulence Brightening, monthly for at least 3–4 months. Hyperpigmentation responds to consistent treatment more than to single sessions. Add Microderm in alternating months for additional surface work.
Rotate: Rejuve + Collagen and Rejuve + Vitamin A every other month. Add Antiox during summer. Add GlowTox for special events.
Choose: Rejuvenate, Rejuve + Vitamin C3, or Opulence Brightening. Avoid Rejuve + Vitamin A and GlowTox during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell us when you book.
Choose: Rejuvenate. It's the foundation of every Intraceuticals session and many clients prefer it long-term because it's the most universally flattering.

Most of our Intraceuticals clients book the oxygen facial as a standalone. But certain enhancements pair beautifully:
Talk with your esthetician at booking — she'll recommend the right combination based on what you're trying to achieve.
Rejuvenate is the base hydration infusion — hyaluronic acid plus vitamins. The "+" variants add a specific targeted serum on top of that hydration base. Collagen adds firming support; Vitamin C3 adds brightening antioxidants; Antiox adds environmental-damage protection; Vitamin A adds retinol-adjacent anti-aging. Same base, layered with one targeted concern.
Not pharmacologically, but it produces a similar visible smoothing effect on expression lines through a different mechanism. GlowTox uses peptides that temporarily relax muscle activity at the surface — visible smoothing of forehead lines, crow's feet, and around the mouth that lasts several days to a couple of weeks. It's not a replacement for actual Botox if you want months of smoothing, but it's the closest non-injectable equivalent for a single special-event treatment.
Yes, usually. Rejuvenate is the gentlest, most universally flattering variant — pure hydration and glow without any targeted active serum. It's a great way to see how your skin responds to the Intraceuticals system before committing to a higher-priced variant for a specific concern.
Absolutely. Many regulars rotate by season or by current concern — Rejuvenate for monthly maintenance, Antiox during summer, Vitamin C3 after travel, GlowTox before a major event. Your esthetician can recommend a rotation strategy based on your skin's needs over the year.
Pick the variant that matches your top concern. If you have multiple priorities — say, both pigmentation and aging — rotate between Opulence Brightening and Rejuve + Vitamin A across consecutive monthly visits rather than trying to stack them. Each variant is engineered to deliver its specific actives at optimal concentration.
Rejuvenate, Rejuve + Collagen, Rejuve + Vitamin C3, Rejuve + Antiox, Clarity, and Opulence Brightening are generally pregnancy-safe. Avoid Rejuvenate + Vitamin A and GlowTox during pregnancy and breastfeeding — Vitamin A and the peptides in GlowTox are not recommended. Always confirm with your provider and tell us when you book.
Monthly is the typical cadence for maintenance. For active concerns (melasma, persistent dullness, anti-aging), every 2–3 weeks for a short series, then transition to monthly. For event prep, schedule strategically — 2–5 days before for GlowTox; 5–7 days before for other variants.
